EricDress.com has been known to sell knock-off formal dresses
After investigating EricDress.com, it has been discovered that this website is from Asia and they sell formal dresses that are not from the original designer, but copies that they make based upon a picture. EricDress has been added to our Do Not Buy list. They are illegally selling one or more dress lines using the manufacturers pictures or pictures from actual people without their permission. These dresses are imitations and not authentic from the actual designer. Buyer beware! We have personally received many calls from people who have never received their order. Buyer beware!

"Please don’t be fooled into buying from ericdress!! Save your money and time. I bought a coat for my husband after carefully checking all the measurements on their size guide. It took six week to arrive from China and was three sizes too small and only passable in quality terms (nothing like the picture). They finally offered me an exchange if I sent it back to China and paid 17 dollars extra. I followed all the shipping instructions to the letter and now they say they haven’t got it so now I’m fighting them for the extra charge back 🙄🙄😫😫. Great pictures but ericdress is an Absolutely awful company with no customer service and subpar quality. Save your time and money."
"EricDress was first off, very difficult to purchase from. I should have listened to my bank. My bank and my mother's banks both declined the purchase on suspicion of fraud. I should have heeded the warning, but my daughter wanted that dress for prom, so I called my bank to allow the order, and they finally did. So, I order the dress, and it does come in about three weeks. While waiting for the order, I happen to come across an article about the warning of ordering from Eric Dress prom dresses online as epic fails. My daughter's exact dress was in this article! I was very scared. The dress came on Monday and it is awful! It does NOT look like the picture online at all. The beading and shimmer looks like a little toddler's dress up box dress as in fake, or a barbie doll's dress. It was cheap and tacky looking, not classy at all! Then, I go to check out the return policy, and it states that it must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Thank goodness I saw it in time, and emailed the customer service, but then I see the fine print that states they don't have to handle any refund they "don't want to"! Like what?! They don't stand by their products at all! It's sneaky, false advertisement at the least, but really more like fraud. I can't believe they get away with this! I paid $192 for this dress with shipping and it's a joke, and after reading all of these reviews, I doubt they will follow through on the refund at all! My daughter's prom is in two weeks, and here she is with no dress and now I'm out of $200 almost as a single mom with no other options for a dress! I am currently looking at used dresses hoping to find something for her special night last minute. DO NOT BUY FROM ERICDRESS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT AND DO NOT REFUND AS THEY SHOULD."

I bought 3 pairs of shoes around March 9th. I received 2 of the sandals a month later even though I paid extra for expedited shipping. The sandals I paid $30 each were of the cheapest quality. 2 months later I have not received my 3rd pair of shoes which were $40. When I try tracking them the site says they passed quality inspection on march 29th. Site seems shady. I will never shop on this site again.
