DemeBridal.co has been known to sell knock-off formal dresses
After investigating DemeBridal.co and Demebridal.cn, it has been discovered that this website is from Asia and they sell formal dresses that are not from the original designer, but copies that they make based upon a picture. DemeBridal.co has been added to our Do Not Buy list. They are illegally selling one or more dress lines using the manufacturers pictures or pictures from actual people without their permission. These dresses are imitations and not authentic from the actual designer. Buyer beware!

"The product is completely different from the image, it is really of poor quality. The details are not at all the same as those in the photo, the fit is different due to the packaging of the dress, the color is different. Worst of all, they said me that the color is right and the product is perfect, I sent them the pictures but nothing, they refuse to reimburse the expense, offering only a partial of about $ 20. Do not buy anything from this site, there are others that offer the same dress and have images uploaded by the brides."

"If you value your money and appreciate customer service, DO NOT spend your money with DEMEBRIDAL!!! I ordered a dress from them less than a month ago. The material is way different than what appears in the picture for 1. More importantly, I need to exchange it for a bigger size. Seems simple enough?? When I promptly alerted them to my dilemma, they had me send pictures of myself taking my measurements not once but twice!! You'd think to help out and do a simple exchange?? Wrong!!!! They confirmed oh yeah, it seems you did order the wrong size!! Can you take it to a dress maker and have them fix it or order another dress and we'll give you a bigger discount?? No talk of a refund or exchange and they want me to spend more money with them?? Absolutely not!! I'm not into dealing with scammers and I'm warning other people against them as well!!! After seeing my review of them on their Facebook page, they offered me a 10% refund, which equates to a little over $9!! They expected me to jump for joy with that offer!!! I have gone back and forth with these scam artists for over a month now, just trying to get a fair, substantial refund amount and I still have yet to get any resolution!!! I can't emphasize enough, DO NOT BUY FROM DEMEBRIDAL!!!!"
