We offer FREE U.S. Ground Shipping on orders over $199.99. Located in California, we ship everyday Monday through Friday. Delivery will take between 1 to 5 days (within the US) depending on the shipping option you choose at the checkout. We offer Next Day delivery service through UPS if time is of the essence.

We also ship internationally. Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout and is determined by location and the weight of your package. BEAUTIFUL Dress FABULOUS Customer Service

We purchased this dress for my daughter to wear to prom. She decided about a week before prom that THIS was the dress she HAD to have. We ordered the dress in Medium in burgundy on Sunday. By Monday morning I didn't have tracking info, so I called Discount Dress Shop and spoke to Jeremy. He told me that he was just going to call me because the dress we ordered wasn't available in burgundy in Medium. My daughter decided to go with Emerald Green. Jeremy was quick to change the order, but I was worried that it wouldn't arrive in time. On Tuesday, I got tracking information, but UPS didn't have any shipping info (this seems to happen a lot with UPS). I called Jeremy back and he assured me that the dress shipped. The dress was set to arrive on Friday and the prom was on Saturday. Jeremy called to let me know that the dress would arrive Friday. He also sent an email when it said it was delivered. I thought the customer service was fabulous!! My daughter tried the dress on and it fit PERFECTLY!! The only thing we had to alter was the length. The dress looked STUNNING on my daughter and she was thrilled with everything about it!! I was so pleased that the measurements listed online were completely accurate!!! I would highly recommend buying dresses from DiscountDressShop.com because I trust that you will get what you order and have a wonderful experience!!

LOVE

This dress was perfect. The company was so kind and responsive to any questions I had and the dress was delivered on time and as promised. Thank you so much! I purchased the XL because all the reviews said it ran small but I should have purchased the Lg. Luckily I can alter it myself but it would have been perfect in the Lg.
