SuzhouDress.com has been known to sell knock-off formal dresses
After investigating SuzhouDress.com and SuzhouFashion.com, it has been discovered that these websites are from Asia and they sell formal dresses that are not from the original designer, but copies that they make based upon a picture. SuzhouDress has been added to our Do Not Buy list. They are illegally selling one or more dress lines using the manufacturers pictures or pictures from actual people without their permission. These dresses are imitations and not authentic from the actual designer. Buyer beware!

"Dress looks nothing like the picture it's too big it's ugly it's took a long time to get here nobody's responding to my emails or complaints I need a refund refund so that I can purchase a dress for my wedding this is unacceptable and i'm getting no help with returns or a refund in my wedding is june 9.. They first started off by responding to my emails asking what I felt was wrong with the dress I sent them pictures of the actual address that I received in the picture of the dress that they have posted online and they look nothing similar after that I didn't receive a response from them know kind a contact from them on how to resolve the problem or to receive a refund for the dress or the information that's needed to be sent back i'll contact them multiple times and they refused to respond so now i'm left with no other options I don't know what i'm supposed to do about my wedding dress or even if they're going to refund it or try to fix it or anything i'm trying to figure out what the next step is that I need to take to get this problem fixed or to receive another item."
"I bought a dress for over $200 from this Chinese scam website called SuZhouDress. That time I had no idea this site was a scam and my fault that I did not check the reviews. I bought my dress back in September and did not receive it. I contacted SuZhouDress in October and asked about my order status and they said that they delivered the dress but I refused to accept. What? They claimed that because I rejected the delivery they will not refund me. I never did that and what they said was an absolute lie. Why would I pay for something and not accept it? It is now January 2017 and I'm still trying to get my money back but it's useless. Do not order from this store!!"
