Eczema, rosacea, and many other skin issues are common problems people deal with worldwide. None of these skin conditions are pleasant or enjoyable, and fighting them can be a long process. Thankfully, there are ways you can combat skin issues and help your skin heal. Some of these common skin issues are caused by things you may not have considered as stress, daily habits, and even candida can cause skin issues. Eczema is one of the most common skin issues, and while it is usually found in children, it can affect anyone of any age. Eczema typically presents as red, dry, itchy skin that is generally chronic with flare-ups. Many people find relief with store-bought treatment, but a doctor can suggest other options.

One cause for skin issues you may not have considered is candida. Candida is a form of yeast and classed as a fungus. While candida is typically a helpful fungus within our bodies, too much candida results in overgrowth. When candida is left to grow, it overpowers the other good bacteria in your gut before leaking into your bloodstream to affect other areas of the body. Candida overgrowth can cause bloating, gas, constipation, and skin issues like eczema. Thankfully, you can combat candida with a diet plan to starve the fungus of the foods it needs to continue growing and probiotics to replace the good bacteria the candida pushed out.

Skin issues are never wanted, and everyone wants to fix them as soon as possible. Some treatments will effectively fight skin conditions but treating the symptoms will not fix the cause. Rosacea is a skin condition that makes it look like you are blushing with bumps that might be acne. Red cheeks, nose, chin, and forehead are characteristic, but rosacea can also make your neck and chest red. The red areas might sting or burn with patches of dry and rough skin. Rosacea can come and go with weeks in between flare-ups. If you think you might have rosacea, talk with your doctor to determine the best treatment plan. Other common skin issues include chronic acne, psoriasis, warts, hives, and a slew of other conditions. Each condition can be caused by something different, and each issue will have a different suggested treatment. Not all of these conditions can be cured, but most can be managed, so they are no longer a drain on the affected person’s life.

Stress can cause a massive list of different illnesses and conditions, including skin conditions as prolonged and extreme stress can make skin conditions present or worsen. Regardless of the cause, you must discover what is causing your skin issues and treat it instead of just the symptoms. If a new skin issue appears, talk with your doctor to create a plan of action to figure out what is happening and how to fix or manage it.

Just like each skin issue can be caused by something different, each treatment can be different. In general, you should take care of your skin by keeping it clean and moisturized, but that is not always enough. Carefully dry off after bathing so no extra water rests on your skin, avoid harsh soaps that may be too aggressive for your skin, and resist itching whenever possible. You should continue to follow these guidelines in addition to whatever treatment is recommended for your specific skin issue.

Our general return policy applies to all eligible products except certain dresses listed below. You may return product(s) within 7 days for either a store credit or you may make an exchange. We do not issue refunds. A store credit will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns/exchanges. We do not profit from this restocking fee since our suppliers charge us this fee. An RMA must be submitted for approval in order to return an item. Shipping fees, if any, which were applied at purchase are not refunded. Once the item is received, an email will be sent to you with a store credit code that does not expire or an exchange will be processed.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

We offer a 7-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below).

The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 7 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. You will be unable to submit a return/exchange request after that 7-day period.

ABOUT RE:DO RETURNS

  • Customers now have the option to pay $1.98 at the time of purchase to later qualify for free returns on that order.
  • Didn’t add and checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money!

WHAT ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

The following items are not eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Clearance items (will be clearly marked "Clearance" or have the price that does not end in $xx.99 or $xx.98)
  • Wedding gowns
  • Quinceanera dresses
  • Cinderella Divine Black Label
  • Tiaras
  • Designer dresses by Andrea & Leo Couture and DeKlaire Bridal

ARE THERE ANY FEES FOR RETURNING AN ELIGIBLE ITEM?

The following fees are as follows:

  • If shipping was complimentary at checkout, original freight/handling cost will be deducted.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs on return/exchanged items if RE:DO was not added to your order at checkout.
  • A 15% restocking fee for all returns will be accessed.
  • Packages that are denied and "returned to sender" or refused will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
  • Please note that any amount paid for shipping is non-refundable.

WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

If you would like to make an exchange for a different size or dress, simply submit an RMA by clicking here . Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions. The exchange process can take 7-12 days. Once the item has been received and approved, you will receive an email with a code that you can use to apply on our website to make an exchange. You will go through the checkout process online.

If time is of the essence, place a new order for the item you need, then contact us by email informing us of this decision. If for some reason the item that you ordered is not available, it will not constitute a refund. In such a case, a store credit will be issued once the original dress has been returned.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNED ITEMS?

  • Returns are carefully inspected; all original tags must be in place and the product must not show any signs of wear or damage.
  • Items found with snags, worn, washed, altered, ripped, stained, grease marks, pet hair, pen marks, perfume, deodorant stains, smoke odor and/or missing tags will be returned immediately at the customer's expense.
