It has been discovered that this website is from Asia and they sell formal dresses that are not from the original designer, but copies that they make based upon a picture. Bonnyin has been added to our Do Not Buy list. They are illegally selling one or more dress lines using the manufacturers pictures or pictures from actual people without their permission. These dresses are imitations and not authentic from the actual designer. Buyer beware!

"The products you order from the website look nothing like the photos. They claim everything is "hand sewn." I don't know anyone that would wear a wedding dress in which the breast pads is all you can see. They sent me a night gown with breast pad stuck in it. They refuse to return your money. "I ordered a NAVY dress and the dress came buried with WHITE trim. Nothing about this mentioned on their website! The burgundy dress on their webpage had burgundy trim. So after wasting $160 on a dress that my daughter will not wear, they told me to get a local tailor to fix it if I didn't like it because there was nothing wrong with the dress. I have sent many emails explaining but they refuse to do anything for me! I used this site because I believed it was Canadian but the dress came from China. What a total waste of money... I am so disappointed and furious at the same time!"
"The dress I received looked nothing like the picture. The colour was off, the zipper was stuck, and there were cheap looking sequins and beading that weren't visible in the photo. I tried to initiate a return and they ask you to send photos of the dress for proof of damage/what's wrong. I sent photos along with my concerns and their response was 'it looks fine! No refund!'. Obviously I wasn't happy with that and it took about two weeks of back and forth e-mails of them raising my refund price by increments of about $10 before they finally agreed to a full refund. I was under the impression that this was a Canadian company (hence the. CA) but they are in China. They asked for a tracking number to send it back, but that would have cost me $110 so I just sent it back and am hoping for the best. I'll report back to update on whether or not my refund goes through, but I will tell anyone who's considering buying from here to save yourself the money and the headache. This place is a total scam."
