Lunss.com has been known to sell knock-off formal dresses
After investigating Lunss.com, it has been discovered that this website is from Asia. Lunss has been added to our Do Not Buy list. Though located in Hong Kong, Lunss has been known at times to make good on their custom made products, however there are also cases that what you see on their pictures may not be what you may get. They customize all their dresses, however it may take up to 2 months or longer to receive your order. Buyer beware!

"If you have another option DO NOT DO BUSINESS *******@lunss_couture if you have another option dont use it. I ordered my daughters prom dress almost 2 months ago and paid for rush. I emailed every other day to make sure it would be ready by her senior prom April 5. They assured me it would be. They emailed us yesterday said it was ready and sent a pic confirmation. We got an email this morning stating it was a different customers dress, that the fabric was not in and they were still waiting for it, it would not be ready for another week. Her prom is next Friday. Had they been honest and told us 3 weeks ago we could have had another option, they didnt. My daughters senior prom is in 9 days and as of right now she has NO DRESS"
"If you’re a bride looking for a cheaper option, please don’t use lunss. There are better quality options for the same price out there. I truly regret having spent 500+ CAD dlls here. I trusted a review I saw from a youtube video, but since it was sponsored, I should have known better...
While the communication with them is good, they just didn’t deliver what was promised. My dress photo confirmation came and I was truly sad: the cups were too noticeable, the zipper wasn’t invisible, the sleeves were off, the neckline was wrong, the back was wrong... I ask for their refund policy and turns out I only could get 40% back... I didn’t get offered any other type of compensation or solution."
