LadyPromDress.com has been known to sell knock-off formal dresses
After investigating LadyPromDress.com and LadyPromDress.co.uk, it has been discovered that this website is from Asia and they sell formal dresses that are not from the original designer, but copies that they make based upon a picture. LadyPromDress has been added to our Do Not Buy list. They are illegally selling one or more dress lines using the manufacturers pictures or pictures from actual people without their permission. These dresses are imitations and not authentic from the actual designer. Buyer beware!

I spent $225 dollars on a dress that I never received. They were being VERY sketchy emailing me several times trying to change my order. I asked to cancel the order (before they ever sent it) and they would only refund me $67... NOT WORTH IT!!!!! worst choice i ever made!!!!!!"
"I have just received a prom dress which I declined to have made to measure as I knew I could then not refund. They are saying it was tailored and refusing a refund, the dress is huge so no way was it tailored as I did actually have to send the sizing. Even though it says uk the lack of quality english in the emails is a concern and I'm pretty sure it's from china. It's a total scam! If I get a refund I will gladly change my review but they are refusing."

When I contacted this company after I paid over $200 for this dress and they are now refusing to refund my money in full but then insulted me by offering a $30 refund while telling me is cost over $80 to send it back to Asia. Then they turned around and sent me a email stating they will give me a refund of $119 if I sent the dress back. Like this company is a fraud and can’t be trusted. Do NOT give them business because they truly are not honest.
