DylanQueen.com has been known to sell knock-off formal dresses
After investigating DylanQueen.com, it has been discovered that this website is from Asia and they sell formal dresses that are not from the original designer, but copies that they make based upon a picture. DylanQueen has been added to our Do Not Buy list. They are illegally selling one or more dress lines using the manufacturers pictures or pictures from actual people without their permission. These dresses are imitations and not authentic from the actual designer. Buyer beware!

"I purchased a dress for my daughter's prom, just before it arrived was hit with more fees from courier. Then open bag dress was in colour was nothing like in the picture it was a sicky pink, workmanship quite poor, twisted sewn hems, lace sewn to the back was odd either side of the back zip, stitching coming away, arms too tight (as I had dress made to size) it was a very misleading picture of dress nothing like actual dress just looked so cheap and tacky. Just don't buy off these rip off merchants. I complained, was asked to send pictures with replies like dress looks nice, get dress altered locally, nothing wrong with dress, nothing but excuses by someone called Sharon."
"This company leads you to believe they are out of the UK but they are from Asia! The dress material looks nothing like the website shows (it looks like sequins you would use on a little kids pageant dress) and they sewed it so terribly that the tailor is not able to correct it! I paid $149 and no matter how many times I sent pictures and tried to get them to understand they would only offer a 10% refund! DO NOT TRUST THEM!"

I don’t think so. I spent 135 dollars to buy a wedding dress, which is a discount that no store can enjoy. I also recommended this website to my friends, who got an additional 10% discount. It’s not as bad as you think. I’m sure.
Terrible Customer Service. Bought a dress in size I always wear and it ended up way smaller. They refuse to refund. Ridiculous and from China.
